Modified Rules

NEW FOR 2008-09 Season: 
Girl's JH now allows a libero to be used, therefore a libero tracker must be provided by the home school.
This year the following procedure will be followed: 
The Senior official will be UP for games 1 & 4.
The Junior official will be UP for games 2,3,5.
If both officials have the same rating flip a coin - winner goes up first.
